Hongxin Guo, female, is a teacher of Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. She received her LL.B. from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (2001), LL.M. from Wuhan University (2004), and LL.D. from Wuhan University (2007); she worked as a visiting scholar at Hanjiang Intermediate People's Court in Hubei Province (2009-2010); she was a visiting scholar at Tulane University School of Law (2016-2017). She is mainly engaged in the research of basic theory of environmental law and risk regulation. Her research interests are in environmental law.
