 Hong Chen, male, is a native of Xiantao City, Hubei Province, graduated from the former Zhongnan University of Political Science and Law in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Law, graduated from the former Zhongnan University of Political Science and Law in 1998 with a Master's degree in Law, and then continued to study for a Ph. Since 1998, he has been teaching in the Department of Economic Law of the Law School of Central South University of Economics and Law, as the director of the Economic Law Department, and has been engaged in teaching and practicing economic law and environmental law for a long time. He has presided over or participated in a series of national social science major fund projects, national social science late funding projects, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and other ministries, Hubei Provincial Social Science Fund, Hubei Provincial Committee major research projects, as well as the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission, Xianning Municipal People's Congress, NRDC environmental organizations and other horizontal projects. He also co-authored the book "The Legal Regulation of Governmental Economic Behavior", participated in the compilation of "Economic Law", "Taxation Law", "Competition Law", "General Theory of Economic Law" and other textbooks of various types and levels, and published several papers in "China Population · Resources and Environment", "Legal and Commercial Research" and other journals, with deep academic background and rich teaching experience.
