Yaojun Yu, male, Nanyang, Henan, China, is an associate professor at the Law School of Central South University of Economics and Law, graduated from Central South University of Political Science and Law in 1992 with a bachelor's degree in law, and received a master's degree in law from Central South University of Political Science and Law in 1999. D. in Environmental Resources Protection Law from Wuhan University. He is the director of the Environmental Resources Law Research Society of the Chinese Law Society and the director of the Hubei Commercial Law Research Society.
Since 1994, he has been engaged in teaching and research of commercial law and environmental law, and has taught several courses on environmental law, corporate law, enterprise law, science and technology law, international environmental law and resource law. He has participated in the research of the National Social Science Foundation, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Science Key Bases. Among them, the project achievements of the Ministry of Water Resources won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry. He has published more than ten academic papers in academic journals such as "Law" and "Law and Business Research", and has been reproduced in NPC Reprint and China Social Science Digest for many times, and co-authored and co-edited several textbooks.
